Hana Kai 206 Policies

Deposit and Payment:

A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm reservation.
Full payment of the rental balance due is required no less than 60 days prior to the check-in date.
Security deposit authorization of $100 required. Authorization released upon condition of condo at check out.

Cancellations:

Cancellations made more than 60 days (90 days in 2010) prior to arrival will forfeit all deposits. Deposit may be used for a future stay in Hana Kai 206 within one year of original check in date.
Cancellations made less than 60 days (90 days in 2010) to the check-in date will forfeit all deposits.
Cancellations made less than 30 days (60 days in 2010) prior to the check-in date will forfeit all deposits and rental balance due payments.
FAIRNESS CLAUSE: If we can re-rent the unit, we will gladly refund any portion of monies collected regardless of the amount of notice of cancellation.

General Policies:

We do NOT provide daily maid service and are not affiliated with the rental program nor maid services run by the Hana Kai front desk.
Please leave all keys in the condo when you check out – there is a $25 charge for missing keys.
The Hana Kai front desk does not provide access to the condo, you must use the lock box key.
All condos are non-smoking units- including outdoor lanai (balcony). If you need to smoke, please do so outside of the condo in the smoking area between the buildings.
Please do not move items between condos. The Hana Kai condos are individually owned and equipped with their own unique contents.
Normal occupancy is 2 persons. Special permission required for three persons- this is our maximum guests.
There is a $15.00 charge for each missing beach or bath towel.
There is a $50 Lock Out fee should you have to ask the front desk to get into your room.This is a 'pass through charge' as we are assessed this amount by the management. We pass this cost onto you- it will be taken out of your security deposit.
